You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. Remote.It is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
By submitting content, you grant Remote.It a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it. This excludes any personal data protected under applicable privacy laws, which is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Remote.It offers both free and paid subscription plans. You authorize recurring charges and agree to maintain accurate payment information. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Remote.It disclaims liability for accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Remote.It’s total liability shall not exceed $100. Liability cap does not apply to: (a) data protection violations under GDPR, (b) gross negligence or willful misconduct, (c) Business plan users (cap at annual fees paid, (d) indemnification obligations.
You agree to indemnify Remote.It against claims arising from your use of the Service, except where prohibited by law, including GDPR protections.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at https://remote.it/legal. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, with jurisdiction in Santa Clara County courts. Any conflicting provisions shall be overridden by your local rights under GDPR or applicable data protection laws.
These Terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English version shall prevail.
