Legal Definitions and Terms

When used in the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Fair Use Policy, these terms have the following meanings. Any capitalized terms not defined have the meaning given in their respective documents.

“Service” means Website and associated software applications and services contained within.

“Website” and “Websites” means and and other URL’s and sub domains that are owned by, Inc that relate to the Service.

“Customer”, “user”, “you”, “your”, and “yours” refer to you, the user of the Service.

“”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to, Inc.

“Parties” refers to you and

“Maintenance” means upgrades, patches, bug fixes and other forms of updates and maintenance.

“Devices” and “Device” means any computer hardware that is connected to the internet, LAN, WAN or is cellular enabled and can communicate with the Service over a network or internet.

“Personal Information” refers to your email address, IP address and name.

“Content” and “Submission” refers to any data, scripts, programming, media, text, audio, video, photos, graphics, images, electronic documents, reviews, techniques and commentary provided through, upload, import or disclosed by use of the Service, by you.

“DPA” refers to Data Processing Addendum.

“Subscription Fee” and “Paid” refers to a recurring payment for the Service.

“Subscription Plan” and “Plan” means a user account that uses the Service for no charge or pays a Subscription Fee.

“Free” means a Subscription Plan that has no Subscription Fee.

“Paid” means a Subscription Plan that has a Subscription Fee.

“Personal” means an individual person that is for non-commercial, and is not a corporation, business, school, team, company, LLC,  partnership, government, organization or a nonprofit.

“Business” means commercial use, such as by corporations, LLC’s, organizations, schools, teams, partnerships, charities, non-profits, governments, religious establishments or any other entity that is not Personal.

“Commercial” means you are earning revenue while using directly or indirectly, either for profit or not for profit.

“Website” means a location connected to the Internet that maintains one or more pages on the World Wide Web.
